This course explores the rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees which ensure the health and safety of new and/or breastfeeding mothers in the workplace. It outlines legal obligations and best practice in risk assessment and risk management. Learners are then invited to apply their learning to their own situation to identify any actions that may be necessary. A risk assessment tool is also available to complement this eLearning.
