An ally is someone who actively promotes an inclusive culture by making intentional, positive, and conscious choices that benefit all people. In this course, we will learn to recognise inappropriate behaviour, understand the difference between an active and passive bystander, and how to use the nonviolent communication method to effectively challenge discrimination at work.
