LGBTQ+ Inclusion (Law)
How to treat LGBTQ+ people with respect in the workplace.
Description
In the past few decades, the UK has made significant strides in LGBTQ+ employee rights and protections, with the Equality Act 2010 remaining the cornerstone legislation protecting LGBTQ+ employees from harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
Legal progress, however, doesn't always translate directly to inclusion, and there is still important work to be done. This can be particularly true in the legal sector, which has historically been more traditional, formal and less diverse.
This training is designed to promote greater awareness of the LGBTQ+ community and to promote a firm culture of dignity and respect.
